摘要
“醉酒型”危险驾驶罪社区矫正对象具有与其他社区矫正对象不同的特征,需要开发专门适用于“醉酒型”危险驾驶罪社区矫正对象的矫正项目,以提高矫正的针对性和实效性。从“酒驾”矫正项目的概念、特点及功能出发,构建矫正项目的体系与结构,设计矫正项目的开发、认证及实施等流程,以期更好地推进“酒驾”矫正对象的社区矫正工作。
The community correction objects of“drunk”dangerous driving crimes have different characteristics from other community correction objects,so it is necessary to develop correction projects specifically suitable for the community correction objects of“drunk”dangerous driving crimes to improve the scientific and effective nature of correction.Based on the concept,characteristics,and functions of community correction projects for“drunk”dangerous driving crimes,the system and structure of correction projects are constructed,and the development,certification,and implementation of correction projects are designed,so as to advance the community correction work for“drunk”dangerous driving crimes to a new level.
