摘要
脊髓损伤(Spinal Cord Injury,SCI)中,神经源性膀胱(Neurogenic Bladder,NB)是一种常见的并发症。这种疾病通常会导致患者出现尿液滞留、尿失禁、输尿管扩张、肾积水等症状,进一步引发肾功能衰退,给患者的生命健康构成威胁。随着近代医学的发展,NB的治疗方法以及管理水平日趋完善。本文通过整理近年治疗SCI后NB的相关文献,对临床诊疗以及康复现状进行综述,期望能为相关研究的开展提供思路,以及为提高临床管理水平提供理论依据。
Neurogenic bladder(NB) is a common complication of spinal cord injury(SCI).This disease usually leads to urine retention,urinary incontinence,ureteral dilation,hydronephrosis and other symptoms,further causing renal function decline,which poses a threat to the life and health of patients.With the development of modern medicine,the treatment methods and management level of NB are becoming more and more perfect.In this paper,by collating relevant literature on NB after SCI treatment in recent years,the current situation of clinical diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation was described,hoping to provide ideas for related research and theoretical basis for improving clinical management level.
