摘要
为加快实现中国式现代化,提高大学生的创新创业能力,促进大学生高质量就业创业,需精准优化路径。然而,在调研过程中发现存在大学生创新创业积极性不高、创新创业服务体系缺乏系统性和规范性等问题。为切实提升大学生创新创业服务水平,更好落实“政府+社会、企业+高校”的三方协同服务模式,需要从如下五方面入手:一是健全创业立法保障,完善政策法规环境服务;二是搭建专创融合平台,完善创业项目孵化服务;三是优化创新创业环境,完善创新创业指导服务;四是坚守教育育人原则,吸纳社会协同力量;五是提升高校创新创业教育水平。其中,法治手段始终是其前提和保障,而教育手段则是其基础和关键。
In order to accelerate the realization of Chinese-style modernization,enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students,and promote high-quality entrepreneurship and employment of college students,it is necessary to comprehensively and accurately optimize the path.However,in the process of investigation,it is found that there are some problems such as college students'low enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship,and the lack of systematic and normative innovation and entrepreneurship service system.Innovation and entrepreneurship service is a complex and systematic work,which needs multi-party coordination and linkage.In order to better implement the joint training model of"government+society,enterprise+university",and effectively improve the service level of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.Based on this,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:First,improve the legislative guarantee of entrepreneurship,improve the policy and regulation environment service;The second is to set up a platform for specialized innovation and integration,and improve the incubation service of entrepreneurial projects;Third,optimizing the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship,improve the guidance services for innovation and entrepreneurship;Fourth,adhere to the principle of education,and absorb the forces of social coordination;Fifth,raise the level of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
