学生主体性发展视角下的刑事诉讼法学教学改革研究

摘要 刑事诉讼法学教学改革应以围绕学生主体性发展为核心。当前,刑事诉讼法学教学面临一些挑战,从社会需求的变化、学科知识更新和学生个体差异三个方面都足以看出刑事诉讼法学教学改革的必要性,为此,应建立以学生主体性发展为核心的刑事诉讼法学教学改革方案,从教学内容的优化、教学方法的选择、教学环境的改善、教学改革效果的评估等多个方面完善刑事诉讼法学教学体系。 The reform of criminal procedure law teaching should revolve around the development of students'subjectivity as its core.Currently,criminal procedure law teaching faces several challenges,evident from changes in societal demands,updates in disciplinary knowledge,and individual differences among students.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a reform plan for criminal procedure law teaching with students'subjective development as the focal point.This plan should encompass various aspects such as optimizing teaching content,selecting teaching methods,improving the teaching environment,and evaluating the effectiveness of teaching reform measures to en-hance the criminal procedure law teaching system.
