摘要
智慧养老、智能化养老已成为现下及未来养老的新趋势,为提高老年人在厨房中的生活质量和安全性,现基于多模态人机交互对老年人厨房空间的智能化设计进行探讨。通过对老年人的生活需求和厨房空间的特点进行文献分析及市场现有产品分析总结,基于老年人的生理和心理需求及智能化厨房现状提出结合多模态人机交互的智能家居系统设计方案,该智能化设计方案融合语音交互、手势交互、触摸交互等多种交互方式,能够满足老年人的不同需求和习惯。此外,针对老年人在厨房中至关重要的安全方面,提出智能化安全监测系统,包括煤气泄漏检测、火灾报警、人体监测等多个方面。论证该智能家居系统的可行性和有效性后,探讨智能化系统在不同功能区的划分及多模态技术在各功能区的配置及应用,为老年人厨房空间的智能化设计提供新思路和新方法。
Smart elderly care and intelligent elderly care have become a new trend at present and in the foreseeable future.In order to improve the quality of life and safety of the elderly in the kitchen,the intelligent design of the elderlyfriendly kitchen space was discussed based on multi-modal human-computer interaction.Based on the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly and the current situation of intelligent kitchen,a smart home system design scheme combining multi-modal human-computer interaction was proposed based on the literature analysis of the living needs of the elderly and the characteristics of kitchen space as well as the analysis and summary of existing products in the market.The intelligent design scheme integrates various interaction modes such as voice interaction,gesture interaction and touch interaction.It can meet the different needs and habits of the elderly.In addition,aiming at the vital safety aspects of the elderly in the kitchen,the intelligent safety monitoring system was proposed,including gas leak detection,fire alarm,human body monitoring and many other aspects.After demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the smart home system,the division of the intelligent system in different functional areas and the configuration and application of multi-modal technology in each functional area were discussed,which will provide new ideas and new methods for the intelligent design of elderly-friendly kitchen space.
