摘要
大连湾海底隧道北岸现浇隧道结构作为整个隧道的北出口,采用原位现浇工艺施工成型。结合工程实例,论述了现浇隧道大体积混凝土温控措施的实际应用,包括从混凝土配合比设计、原材料温度控制、混凝土生产制备、入模温度控制、通过循环冷却水管及智能温控相结合降低温度应力、后期养护等方式降低混凝土开裂风险,为今后类似大体积高性能混凝土施工提供借鉴。
The cast-in-place tunnel structure of the north shore project of Dalian Bay subsea tunnel serves as the north exit of the entire tunnel and is constructed by in-situ cast-in-place technology.Based on engineering examples,this paper introduces the practical application of temperature control measures for mass concrete with cast-in-place tunnels,including concrete mix design,raw material temperature control,concrete production and preparation,mold temperature control,reducing temperature stress through circulation cooling water pipe and intelligent temperature control,and later curing to reduce the risk of concrete cracking.It provides reference for the construction of similar large volume high performance concrete in the future.
