摘要
本科生导师绩效评价是推动新时代教育评价改革与高质量教育体系构建的重要途径,也是办好人民满意教育的重要保障。本科生导师绩效评价仍处于初级探索阶段,而如何充分发挥教育评价“指挥棒”的作用,对于深化新时代教育评价改革和本科生教师队伍建设具有重要意义。该文旨在构建涵盖基本素质能力、教学工作量、科研成果三个维度的本科生导师绩效评价指标体系,提出完善激励机制、构建多元化考评体系、强化反馈机制、健全选聘制度等实践路径。
The performance evaluation of undergraduate tutors is an important way to promote the reform of educational evaluation and the construction of a high-quality education system in the new era.It is also an important guarantee for providing education that satisfies the people.The performance evaluation of undergraduate tutors is still in the initial stage of exploration,and how to give full play to the“ba⁃ton”role of educational evaluation is of great significance to deepening the reform of educational evalua⁃tion and the construction of teaching staff for undergraduate students in the new era.This paper aims to construct a performance evaluation index system for undergraduate tutors covering three dimensions:basic quality and ability,teaching workload,and scientific research achievements.It also proposes a practical path of improving the incentive system,building a diversified evaluation mechanism,strengthen⁃ing the feedback mechanism,and improving the selection mechanism.
