红色资源融入高职院校思政课职业道德教学设计的理与路

摘要 红色资源为思政课的育人目标提供了多样性、情境性的教育资源。将红色文化资源嵌入高职院校职业道德的教育教学,探寻实现育人效能最大化的实践路径具有重要的现实意义。在实际教学过程中,可以立足学生实际、利用多方实践平台,将红色资源融入高职学生职业道德的认知、情感、意志和行为教育,从而帮助学生增强职业理解力、提升职业认同感,在形成奋斗职业观中将职业道德情感内化,进而影响学生日后的职业行为。 Red resources provide diversified and situational educational resources for ideological and political theory courses.It is of great practical significance to embed red cultural resources into the education and teaching of professional ethics in higher vocational colleges and seek the practical path to maximize the effectiveness of education.In the actual teaching process,red resources can be integrated into the cognitive,emotional,willpower,and behavioral education of vocational college students based on their actual situation and the use of multiple practical platforms,thereby helping students enhance their professional understanding,improve their sense of professional identity,internalize professional ethics emotions in the formation of a striving career view,and thus influence their future professional behavior.
