拱形连续梁桥施工组合支架设计

摘要 拱形连续梁桥,作为拱桥和连续梁桥组合而成的一种新型桥型,为满足拱形连续梁桥水上施工要求和结构曲线箱梁施工支架精度要求,设计采用钢管贝雷支架和盘扣式满堂支架组合形成混凝土现浇施工组合支架。根据设计方案,采用有限元程序建立支架整体简化模型,通过有限元方法进行受力验算,结果显示施工支架结构安全可靠,混凝土现浇施工组合支架满足要求,并详细介绍了混凝土现浇施工组合支架施工工艺和预压方法,可作为类似工程施工方案的参考依据。 Arch continuous beam bridge, as a new type of bridge formed by combining arch bridge and continuous beam bridge, is designed to meet the requirements of water construction of arch continuous beam bridge and the accuracy requirements of structural curve box beam construction support. The combination of steel pipe Bailey support and buckle type full hall support is used to form a concrete cast-in-place construction composite support. According to the design plan, a simplified model of the support is established using finite element program, and the stress calculation is carried out through finite element method. The results show that the construction support structure is safe and reliable, and the cast-in-place concrete construction combination support meets the requirements;and provide a detailed introduction to the construction process and preloading method of the cast-in-place concrete construction combination support, which can serve as a reference for similar engineering construction plans.
