摘要
居住区是人们生活和户外活动的重要空间,居住区的微气候直接影响居民的室内外热舒适、空气质量和幸福感。青岛存在大量老旧小区,研究选定金湖小区作为研究对象,通过实地测量分析微气候变化特征,建立包括温度、相对湿度、风速和黑球温度的通用热气候指数模型。实验结果表明:影响室外温度和黑球温度的主要因素是建筑和乔木阴影;乔木对风速具有一定的减弱作用,对相对湿度有一定的稳定作用;乔木覆盖率及高度对老旧小区室外舒适度有较大影响,在老旧小区改造中可通过调整乔木的覆盖率及高度来提高舒适度。
Residential areas are important spaces for people’s living and outdoor activities,and its microclimate directly affects residents’indoor and outdoor thermal comfort,air quality and well-being.As there are a large number of old communities in Qingdao,the paper selected Jinhu neighborhood as the research object,analyses the microclimate change characteristics through field measurements,and established a general thermal climate index model including temperature,relative humidity,wind speed and black globe temperature.The experimental results show that:the main reasons affecting outdoor temperature and black globe temperature are building and tree shading.The trees have certain attenuating effect on wind speed and stabilizing effect on relative humidity.The tree coverage rate and height have a large impact on outdoor comfort in old residential areas,and the comfort can be improved by adjusting tree coverage rate and height in the renovation of old residential areas.
