钢包浇注过程的流体力学数值模拟

摘要 浇注末期时会产生汇流漩涡下渣的流动现象,造成污染钢液、堵塞水口、侵蚀包衬耐材等危害。以某厂150t钢包为背景,对钢包浇注过程中钢液的流动行为进行了数值模拟研究,建立了钢包浇注过程的数学模型并得到钢包浇注末期流体的流动特点。在实际生产中,浇注末期通过长水口滑板开度来抑制钢包下渣,可以提高钢水洁净度和金属收得率。 At the end of pouring,there is a flow phenomenon of converging vortices under the slag,which can cause pollution of the steel liquid,blockage of the water outlet,erosion of the lining refractory material and other hazards.This article takes a 150 t ladle from a certain factory as the background,conducts numerical simulation research on the flow behavior of molten steel during the ladle pouring process,establishes a mathematical model of the ladle pouring process,and obtains the fluid flow characteristics at the end of the ladle pouring process.In actual production,the opening of the long nozzle slide plate is used to suppress slag in the ladle during the later stage of pouring,which improves the cleanliness of the molten steel and the metal yield.
