摘要
数字劳动极大地促进了经济社会发展,社区教育与社会生活有着紧密伴生关系,促使人们深入分析数字劳动与社区教育发展的关联,改进议题设置的理性认知度。社区教育中数字劳动的价值生产正在重新构建教育生态与运作逻辑,包括社区教育中劳动过程与方式的演化、平台数字劳动与价值形成、用户数字劳动与价值实现。基于数字劳动的社区教育创新实践,体现在构建数字化教学的新样态、构建教育服务的新形态和构建技术治理的新生态。社区教育和数字化在“数字劳动”概念下的互相构建,将推动社区教育数字化的时代革新。
Digital labor has greatly promoted economic and social development,and community education and social life have a close relationship,making people to deeply analyze the correlation between digital labor and community education development,and improve the rational awareness of topic setting.The value production of digital labor in community education is reconstructing the education ecology and operation logic,including the evolution of the labor process and mode in community education,the digital labor and value formation of the platform,and the digital labor and value realization of users.The innovative practice of community education based on digital labor is reflected in the construction of a new pattern of digital teaching,a new form of education service and a new ecology of technology governance.The mutual construction of community education and digitalization under the concept of"digital labor"will promote the innovation of community education in the era of digitalization.
