摘要
改质沥青是煤焦油加工的主要产品,也是近年来市场上稳定的利润增长点。生产的连续稳定运行对企业至关重要,非计划性停工严重影响了焦油加工企业的经济效益。企业通过对一些重要环节(原料把关、工艺过程控制、设备运行维护、检维修等)的精细管理及控制优化,可实现改质沥青装置长周期稳定生产,时间达半年以上。
Modified asphalt is the main product of coal tar processing and a stable profit growth point in the market in recent years.The continuous and stable operation of production is crucial for enterprises,and unplanned shut-downs seriously affect the economic benefits of tar processing enterprises.By finely managing and optimizing some important links such as raw material control, process control, equipment operation and maintenance, inspection and repair,enterprises can achieve long-term stable production of modified asphalt equipment,with a time of more than six months.
