摘要
针对目前袋装肥料装车机中存在码包过程丢包倾斜、溜包等问题,提出了一种凸轮连杆组合式码包机构。首先建立运动数学模型,对其进行了运动学特性分析,并根据码包机构的运动数学模型建立相应的ADAMS参数化模型,通过改变优化模型中设计变量的参数,得到设计变量对码包机构工作效果的影响规律,最后利用MATLAB中的遗传算法对码包机构设计变量进行优化设计,求解得出一组最优尺寸参数。通过对比优化前后码包机构的仿真曲线以及制作样机试验,验证优化后的码包机构作业时同步性和平稳性均达到设计要求。
In view of the problems and other problems in the bagged fertilizer loading machine,a combination mechanism of cam link is proposed.First the movement mathematical model is established;the kinematic characteristic analysis is carried on.The corresponding ADAMS parametric model is established;the corresponding variable is obtained by changing the parameters of the parameters of the working effect of the law;finally using the genetic algorithm in MATLAB to code package mechanism design variable optimization design,a set of optimal size parameters is solved.By comparing and optimizing the simulation curve of the front and back package mechanism and the prototype test,it is verified that the synchronization and stability of the optimized package mechanism meet the design requirements.
