摘要
目的:为提升太阳能电池光电转换效率,需要对钙钛矿太阳能电池相关内容进行深入研究;方法:参考钙钛矿太阳能电池相关文献,结合当前使用的制备工艺,系统性分析钙钛矿太阳能电池的制备方法;结果:可使用一步旋涂、两步旋涂、气相沉积、分步液浸等方法,制备钙钛矿太阳能电池;结论:制备的钙钛矿太阳能电池可满足小范围更新迭代需求,若想实现太阳能电池的全面革新目标,可考虑薄膜制备、溶剂设计等内容。
Objectives:In order to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on perovskite solar cells.Methods:The preparation methods of perovskite solar cells are systematically analyzed by referring to the relevant literature of perovskite solar cells and combining with the current preparation processes.Results:The perovskite solar cells can be prepared by one-step spinning coating,two-step spinning coating,vapor deposition and step leaching.Conclusion:The prepared perovskite solar cells can meet the needs of small-range renewal iteration.To realize the goal of comprehensive innovation of solar cells,the contents such as film preparation and solvent design can be considered.
