摘要
为研究岩溶区水库有机碳的浓度水平和时空分布特征及影响因素,揭示岩溶区河道型水库的碳循环规律,分别于2022年丰水期和枯水期在平班水库进行水样采集及总有机碳质量浓度(ρTOC)和其他理化因子的测定,并对ρTOC和主要环境因子进行相关性分析。结果表明,平班水库ρTOC表现出明显的时空分异规律,范围为1.899~8.057 mg·L^(-1),丰水期平均质量浓度为5.215 mg·L^(-1),枯水期为3.336 mg·L^(-1);丰水期库区ρTOC在空间上存在显著差异,靠近坝址的1号采样点ρTOC最高,上游入湖区浓度最低,枯水期全湖TOC分布稳定。平班水库表层温度(TW)、pH值、硝酸盐氮质量浓度ρ(NO^(-)_(3)-N)的空间差异较小,电导率(γ_(COND))、总溶解固体物质量浓度(ρ_(TDS))的标准差较大,各点位数据离散程度明显;相关分析表明,ρTOC与TW,pH值,ρ(NO^(-)_(3)-N)及ρ(NO^(-)_(2)-N)显著正相关。研究发现,平班水库ρTOC与其他湖泊相比处于中等水平,这与库区水体面积、库容有一定关系;平班水库有机碳是径流携带营养盐入湖和浮游植物生长进行光合作用共同影响的结果。
In order to study the concentration level,spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and influencing factors of organic carbon in Karst areas,and reveal the carbon cycle rules of river reservoirs in Karst areas,water samples were collected andρTOC together with other physicochemical factors were determined in Pingban Reservoir in July and December 2022,and the correlation analysis betweenρTOC and main environmental factors was conducted.The results show that the concentration ofρTOC in Pingban reservoir shows obvious spatial and temporal differentiation,ranging from 1.899 to 8.057 mg·L^(-1),the average concentration are 5.215 mg·L^(-1) and 3.336 mg·L^(-1) during the wet and dry period,respectively.There were significant spatial differences inρTOC in the reservoir area during the wet period,with the highestρTOC distribution at sampling site 1 near the dam site and the lowest concentration in the upstream area into the lake.TheρTOC distribution of the whole lake is stable during the dry season.The spatial difference of surface temperature(T W),pH,and nitrate nitrogenρ(NO^(-)_(3)-N)is small,the standard deviation of conductivity(γ_(COND))and total dissolved solid(ρ_(TDS))is large,and the dispersion of data at each point is obvious.The correlation analysis shows thatρTOC is significantly positively associated with T W,pH,ρ(NO^(-)_(3)-N),andρ(NO^(-)_(2)-N).The study found that theρTOC concentration of the Pingban reservoir is at the medium level compared with other lakes,which is related to the water area and storage capacity;the organic carbon of Pingban reservoir is the result of the joint influence of runoff carrying nutrient salt into the lake and phytoplankton growth for photosynthesis.
