摘要
通过对某煤矿3203综放工作面液压支架设备配套情况分析,针对工作面低位放顶煤液压支架运动情况,设计了ZF14000/25/38D型电液控放顶煤液压支架液压系统。从液压支架使用情况分析,针对不同执行元件的动作,对液压回路进行设计,为放顶煤开采提供安全保证。
Through the analysis of hydraulic support equipment of 3203 fully mechanized caving face in a coal mine,the hydraulic system of ZF14000/25/38D type electro-hydraulic controlled caving hydraulic support was designed according to the movement of the hydraulic support for low level top coal caving.Based on the analysis of the use of hydraulic support,the hydraulic circuit was designed according to the action of different actuator elements,which provides safety guarantee for the mining of top coal caving.
