饲料中添加蚕豆对吉富罗非鱼肝脏组织结构、抗氧化能力、脂肪代谢及糖代谢的影响

摘要 为了探究饲料中添加蚕豆(Vicia faba L)对吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)肝脏组织结构、抗氧化能力、脂肪代谢及糖代谢的影响,试验选用初始体重为(500.23±0.34)g的罗非鱼600尾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼。在100 d的饲养期中各组分别投喂添加0(C0组)、15%(C15组)、30%(C30组)和60%(C60组)蚕豆的试验膨化饲料。结果表明:(1)与C0组相比,C15、C30组和C60组肝细胞均出现胞浆内空泡和巨噬细胞中心。(2)与C0组相比,C15、C30组和C60组血清和肝脏过氧化氢酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),丙二醛含量和谷草转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);C30组和C60组血糖含量显著降低(P<0.05),C60组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著升高(P<0.05)。(3)与C0组相比,C15、C30、C60组丙酮酸激酶和己糖激酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),C15、C30组和C60组磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。(4)与C0组相比,C60组脂肪酸合成酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),各组间脂蛋白脂酶和肝脂酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上,饲料中添加30%和60%的蚕豆显著提高了吉富罗非鱼肝脏的糖酵解能力,添加60%的蚕豆显著降低了吉富罗非鱼肝脏的脂肪代谢能力、血清和肝脏的抗氧化能力,添加15%、30%和60%的蚕豆,均会损伤吉富罗非鱼的肝脏组织结构。 A 100-day feeding trial was conducted to explore the effects of adding faba bean in feed on liver organizational structure,antioxidant capacity,lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism of genetically improved farmed tilapia.A total of 600 tilapia with an initial weight of(500.23±0.34)g were divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 50 fish in each replicate.Four isoproteic and isolipidic extruded diets were formulated by adding 0%faba bean(as control C0),15%faba bean(C15),30%faba bean(C30)and 60%faba bean(C60).The results showed that:①compared with the control group,C15,C30 and C60 groups showed intracytoplasmic vacuoles and macrophage centers.②Compared with the control group,the C15,C30 and C60 groups had significantly declined serum and liver hydrogen peroxide activities(P<0.05),and significantly enancecl malondialdehyde content and aspartate aminotransferase activity(P<0.05);In the C60 group,the blood glucose level was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level was significantly increased(P<0.05).③Compared with the control group,the activities of pyruvate kinase and hexokinase in the C15,C30,C60 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activities of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase in the C15,C30 and C60 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).④Compared with the control group,the C60 group had significantly lower activity of fatty acid synthase(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the activities of lipoprotein lipase and liver lipase among the groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary inclusion of 30%and 60%of faba bean can significantly enhance the ability of glycolytic ability in the liver of tilapia;dietary inclusion of 60%of faba bean can significantly decline the activity of fatty acid synthase and the antioxidant capacity of serum and liver;dietary inclusion of 15%,30%and 60%of faba bean can destroy the liver tissue structure of tilapia.
