基于CAN总线与ZigBee的矿井下锚杆应力监测系统设计

摘要 早期矿井下,用于顶板工作面的锚杆应力采集装置,多采用电缆线将检测结果传送至井下基站,使得网络布线繁杂、移动不便、维护困难。为此,文章设计了一套基于ZigBee无线技术与CAN总线的应力监测系统。该系统采用扩散硅压力传感器对分布在顶板上的锚杆应力进行检测,通过ZigBee无线技术传送至通信分站,然后采用CAN总线技术将接收到的压力值传送至地面监控中心,便于对历史数据进行分析,达到预防顶板塌方的目的。通过大量的实验,文章验证了该套系统的可行性。 Given the early underground mines,anchor stress collection devices used for roof working surfaces often used cables to transmit detection results to underground base stations,resulting in complex network wiring,cumbersome movement and inconvenient maintenance.For this purpose,a stress monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless technology and CAN bus was designed.The system uses diffusion silicon pressure sensors to detect the stress of anchor bolts distributed on the roof,and transmits it to the communication substation through ZigBee wireless technology.Then,CAN bus technology is used to transmit the received pressure values to the ground monitoring center for the purpose of analyzing historical data and preventing roof collapse.Finally,the feasibility of the system was verified through a large number of experiments.
