摘要
近年来,B2C电子商务迅猛发展,包裹递送量正在快速增长,特殊事件激发了无人化配送的需求,多数知名物流企业在一英里物流中开发新的交付实践。以可持续发展和客户为中心的无人配送汽车正在改变传统配送方式,如果公众不接受该技术,无人物流配送的交付方式将浪费巨大的资源。目前国内关于用户对无人物流配送的使用意愿研究较少,研究结合技术接受理论,通过LDA主题模型收集在线文本数据,发现无人物流配送的安全性、责任划分、数据泄露等问题对用户的使用意愿造成影响。
In recent years,the rapid development of B2C e-commerce has led to a rapid increase in package delivery volume.The special events has stimulated the demand for unmanned delivery,and most well-known logistics companies have developed new delivery practices in one mile logistics.Unmanned delivery vehicles centered on sustainable development and customers are changing traditional delivery methods,but if the public do not accept this technology,the delivery method of unmanned logistics delivery may waste huge resources.At present,there is relatively little research on users'willingness to use unmanned logistics distribution in China.This study combines technology acceptance theory and collects online text data through the LDA topic model.It is found that the security,responsibility division,data leakage,and other issues of unmanned logistics distribution can affect users'willingness to use.
