电力设备隐患的远程探测机器人设计

摘要 设计了一种在危险场景下探测电力设备隐患的远程探测机器人,利用它可以远程探测隐患设备状态,避免了直接停电造成的损失,也保证了运维抢修人员安全。详细论述了远程探测机器人结构、功能和控制系统设计方案,详细描述了多传感器智能探测感知模组。测试结果表明,该远程探测机器人在危险场景下可远程遥控,并利用双摆臂履带移动底盘通过复杂地形到达指定地点,通过搭载的多传感器探测感知模组对设备隐患部位进行精准感知和检测,电力工作人员在安全区域即可获取设备信息并进行决策。 A remote detection robot is designed to detect hidden hazards of power equipment in dangerous scenes,which can be used to remotely detect the status of equipment with hidden hazards,avoiding the loss caused by direct power failure,and ensuring the safety of operation and maintenance personnel.This paper discusses in detail the structure,function and control system design of the remote detection robot,and also makes a detailed description on the multi-sensor intelligent detection and awareness module.The test results show that the remote detection robot can be remotely controlled in dangerous scenarios,and use a double swing arm tracked chassis to reach a designated location through complex terrain.By using the mounted multi-sensor detection and awareness module to accurately detect and perceive the parts of the equipment with hidden hazard,power workers can obtain equipment information and make decisions in a safe area.
