220kV移动式负荷转供装置在输变电设备检修中的应用研究

摘要 运维检修对输变电设备的安全可靠运行具有重要意义。针对目前220kV电压等级设备难以进行停电检修改造,以及检修风险过大的难题,研发了一种220kV移动式负荷转供装置用于输变电设备的灵活停电检修改造。首先阐述了装置的技术开发方案,包括一次设备结构、二次设备配置方案及运输方案,然后介绍了该装置的典型应用场景,并对其应用效应进行了分析。220kV移动式负荷转供装置可解决变电站220kV设备检修时难以长期停电转供负荷的难题,提升电网停电检修的灵活性、提升现场施工安全性、减少停电时间并提升检修期间整体转供方案的经济性。 Operation and maintenance is of great significance for the safe and reliable operation of power transmission and transformation equipment.In order to solve the problem that the current 220 kV voltage level equipment is difficult to carry out power outage maintenance and that the overhaul is too risky,a 220 kV mobile load transfer device is developed for flexible power outage maintenance and transformation of power transmission and transformation equipment.This paper first describes the technical development scheme of the device,including primary equipment structure,secondary equipment configuration scheme and transportation scheme,then introduces the typical application scenarios of the device,and analyzes its application effects.The 220 kV mobile load transfer device can solve the problem of long-term power outage and load transfer during substation 220 kV equipment maintenance,improve both the flexibility of power outage maintenance and the safety of on-site construction,and simultaneously reduce power outage time and improve the economy of the overall transfer scheme during maintenance.
