摘要
为探讨海洋强国建设对我国沿海城市经济高质量发展的影响,论文运用双重差分法对我国2005-2020年沿海城市经济发展质量进行了分析,得到其作用效果。结果表明:(1)海洋强国建设能够对沿海城市的经济发展质量起到促进作用;(2)海洋强国建设对沿海城市经济发展质量的促进作用在南部地区最大,其次是北部地区,而对东部地区的促进作用不显著。基于以上分析,对海洋强国建设和经济高质量发展提出以下建议:(1)深化海洋强国建设,促进城市高质量发展;(2)优化产业结构,差异化海洋强国战略;(3)合理配置资源,推进城市质量协同发展;(4)加大海洋强国建设投入。
In order to explore the impact of the construction of a maritime power on the high quality economic development of China's coastal cities,the Difference-in-Difference method is used to analyze the economic development quality of China's coastal cities from 2005 to 2020,and its effect is obtained.The results show that:(1)The construction of a maritime power can promote the economic development quality of coastal cities.(2)The promotion effect of the construction of maritime power on the economic development quality of coastal cities is the largest in the southern region,followed by the northern region,while the promotion effect in the eastern region is not significant.Based on the above analysis,the following suggestions are put forward for the construction of a maritime power and high quality economic development:(1)Deepen the construction of a maritime power and promote the high quality development of cities.(2)Optimize the industrial structure and differentiate the strategy of maritime power.(3)Reasonably allocate resources and promote the coordinated development of urban quality.(4)Increase investment in the construction of a maritime power.
