摘要
近年来,在乡村振兴等战略推动下,历史文化名村、传统村落的保护得到极大重视,获得了政策、资金等全方位支持;而占全国乡村大多数的普通村落,很大程度上遭到了忽视。详细考察发现,许多普通村落其实蕴含着富有自身特色的宝贵的地域文化和历史文化,只是有待深入挖掘和重塑。该文正是在这一认识的基础上,以北京某村落为例,探讨普通村落的文化遗产保护路径。首先分析了案例村落的区域背景和文化特色,提炼可供开发的历史文化元素,然后梳理普通村落文化保护与传承面临的难题,最后从挖掘乡村特色、利用规划手段保留原始村落、探索乡村遗产活化利用、加强宣传提升文化认同、开展文化体系建设、建立长效管护机制6个方面提出普通村落文化遗产保护的规划策略。
In recent years,strategies for rural revitalization have been promoted,drawing attention to the protection of famous historical and cultural villages and traditional villages,which have received allround support from policies and funds.In contrast,ordinary villages,the majority of village types around the country,have been ignored to a great degree.A serious investigation found that many ordinary villages actually contain valuable regional and historical cultures that are indigenous to themselves and need to be further explored and reshaped.As such,this paper took villages in Beijing as a case study to explore the protection paths of ordinary villages as a cultural heritage.First,this paper analyzed the regional context and cultural features of the case village,refining the historical and cultural elements available for development.It then laid out the difficulties in the cultural protection and inheritance of ordinary villages.Lastly,this paper elaborated on the planning strategy for the protection of ordinary villages as a cultural heritage from six aspects:exploring rural characteristics,applying planning means to retain original villages,searching for adaptive reuse of rural heritages,strengthening publicity to enhance cultural identity,establishing a cultural system,and building up a long-term management and protection mechanism.
