有机肥部分替代氮肥对卷丹百合品质的影响

Effects of Partial Substitution of Nitrogen Fertilizer by Organic Fertilizer on the Quality of Lilium lancifolium

摘要 在典型的百合种植区,以卷丹百合为研究对象开展田间小区试验,试验设100%化肥处理(CK)、以有机肥中的氮分别替代25%(T1)、50%(T2)、75%(T3)和100%(T4)的化学氮肥5个处理,通过研究百合鳞茎产量及品质指标变化,探讨自制有机肥替代部分氮肥对百合品质的短期效应和适宜用量。结果表明:T1、T2对百合鳞茎单颗重及产量均无显著影响,而T4产量显著下降26.4%;各处理百合鳞茎中氮、钾含量无显著变化,但T2、T3处理磷含量分别显著提高21.36%和22.85%;T4处理百合鳞茎蛋白质含量显著下降16.41%,而纤维素含量显著提高16.67%;淀粉含量随替代量的增加呈先降低后升高的趋势;各处理百合维生素C含量无显著变化,T1对百合鳞茎总糖含量无显著影响,但其在T2和T3中则显著降低约18%。综合考虑产量和品质,供试有机肥替代氮肥量控制在25%以内较好。 This research was conducted in the typical lily planting area,and Lilium lancifolium was taken as the research material.Five treatments were set up in the experiment,including 100%chemical fertilizer treatment(CK),as well as 25%(T1),50%(T2),75%(T3),and 100%(T4)nitrogen fertilizer substitution by organic nitrogen,respectively.The suitable amount of self-made organic fertilizer for partial substitution of nitrogen fertilizer and the short-term effects on lily quality were discussed through the changes in bulb yield and quality indexes of lily.The results show that T1 and T2 have no significant effects on the single weight and yield of lily bulbs,while T4 significantly decreases the yield by 26.4%.There is no significant change in nitrogen and potassium content in lily bulbs,but the phosphorus content in T2 and T3 increases by 21.36%and 22.85%,respectively.In T4,the protein content decreases significantly by 16.41%,while the cellulose content increases significantly by 16.67%.With the increase in substitution amount,the starch content decreases first and then increases.There is no significant change in the content of vitamin C in lily in each treatment,and T1 has no significant effect on the total sugar content of lily bulbs,but the total sugar content significantly decreases by about 18%in T2 and T3.By taking the yield and quality into account,it is better to control the amount of organic fertilizer for substitution of nitrogen fertilizer within 25%.
