摘要
为提高地铁车辆段轨道工程的施工效率,减少交叉作业,需研究预制轨道立柱的工程应用。通过设计灌浆套筒连接的预制装配式轨道立柱,并实地建设试验段,进行了轨道预埋套管抗拔试验及轨道立柱水平极限推覆试验。试验结果表明,基于灌浆套筒安装模式的预制轨道立柱承载能力与理论计算结果基本吻合,灌浆套筒连接可靠,其受力性能满足规范要求。根据试验破坏形态,进一步分析灌浆套筒安装轨道立柱的薄弱环节,并针对性优化预制产品设计;根据试验段的建设实践,优化了预制轨道立柱的安装流程。研究表明,预制轨道立柱采用灌浆套筒连接模式,避免了交叉施工,安装方便,受力可靠,能缩短施工工期,便于多个标段、多个施工单位协同工作,能大幅提高施工效率及轨道工程施工质量。
In order to improve the construction efficiency of track engineering in metro depot and reduce the cross operation of multiple construction companies,the research of the engineering application of prefabricated track columns is necessary.Prefabricated track column connected by grouting sleeve was designed and a test section was built,the pull-out test of the track embedded casing and the horizontal limit pushover test of the column were carried out.The test results show that,the bearing capacity of the prefabricated track column in the grouting sleeve installation mode is consistent with the theoretical calculation.The connection of grouting sleeve is reliable,and its mechanical performance meets the requirements of the standard.According to the test destruction form,the weakness of the prefabricated track column are studied and analyzed,and the product design is optimized.According to the construction practice of the test section,the installation process of prefabricated track column is summarized and optimized.The conclusion is that the prefabricated track column adopts the rebar grouting sleeve mode,which avoids the cross construction.It is convenient to install,reliable in quality and stress,and can shorten the construction period,facilitate the collaborative work of multiple sections and multiple construction teams,and can greatly improve the construction efficiency and track engineering quality.
