铈在ThMn_(12)型低稀土永磁合金中的研究进展

摘要 相较于价格昂贵的Nd,Sm等稀土元素,Ce在稀土永磁合金的制备中,由于其储量极其丰富、价格低廉,因此被称为“自由稀土”,已显示出更大的应用潜力。ThMn_(12)型低稀土永磁合金具有较高的居里温度、较大的饱和磁化强度和磁晶各向异性场,符合风力发电、电动汽车等领域对高性能永磁体的要求。从降低成本,保留性能的角度,整理了Ce部分掺杂的RFe_(12)化合物(R以Nd,Sm,Zr为主)的研究进展,包括掺杂含量及磁性能等。其次对近年来纯铈基Ce(Fe,M)_(12)化合物的研究进展做了总结与讨论,包括常用模拟计算方法、一元Ce的γ→α相变、Ce的价态、有潜力的Ce(Fe,M)_(12)化合物以及其中的间隙原子效应等,最后对发展新型高性能永磁体做了问题总结与展望。 Compared with the expensive rare earth elements such as Nd and Sm,Ce shows greater potential to be applied to the preparation of rare earth permanent magnet alloys.Because of its extremely rich reserves and low price,it is called"free rare earth".ThMn_(12) low rare earth permanent magnet alloy has high Curie temperature,large saturation magnetization and magnetocrystalline anisotropy field,which meets the requirements of high-performance permanent magnets in the fields of wind power generation,electric vehicles and so on.From the perspective of cost reduction and retention performance,the research progress of rare earth Ce partially doped RFe_(12)compounds(R is mainly Nd,Sm,Zr),including doping content and magnetic properties,is reviewed.Secondly,the simulation calculation of pure Ce based Ce(Fe,M)_(12 )compounds in recent years is summarized and discussed,including common calculation methods and the calculation of monobasic Ce γ→α phase transition,valence state of Ce,interstitial atom effect in Ce(Fe,M)_(12) compounds,etc.Finally,the problems and prospects of developing new high-performance permanent magnets are summarized and prospected.
