摘要
尾气加氢催化剂对硫磺回收装置总硫回收率的提高起到了至关重要的作用,而过程气中含有的CO具有还原效应,它会和SO_(2)、S以及H_(2)S反应生成COS,这是加氢反应所不期望的副反应,为了降低CO对加氢反应的负面影响,将加氢催化剂更新为中国石化齐鲁分公司研究院开发的新型多功能加氢催化剂LSH-03G,该催化剂同时具有优异的SO_(2)加氢活性、有机硫水解活性及CO变换活性,可有效解决克劳斯(Claus)尾气中CO含量高的问题,CO体积变换率达98%以上。
Tail gas hydrogenation catalyst plays an important role in the improvement of total sulfur recovery,the CO containing in the process gas has the reduction effect,and it will react with SO_(2),S and H_(2)S into COS,which is an unexpected side reaction.In order to reduce negative effect of CO to the hydrogenation reaction,the hydrogenation catalyst was replaced with the multifunctional Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst LSH-03G developed by SINOPEC Qilu Branch Research Institute.The catalyst has excellent SO_(2) hydrogenation activity,organic sulfur hydrolysis activity and CO conversion activity.The problem of high CO content in Claus tail gas can be effectively solved,and volume conversion rate of CO reaches over 98%.
