摘要
目的:采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电轨道场离子阱质谱法对复方一枝蒿颗粒的化学成分进行分析。方法:采用Thermo Scientific Syncronis C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL·min^(–1),柱温为45℃,进样量为2μL。在正负离子模式下采集复方一枝蒿颗粒的质谱数据,根据高分辨质谱提供的精确相对分子质量和碎片离子信息,结合对照品比对和相关文献报道对复方一枝蒿颗粒的化学成分进行分析。结果:共分析鉴定出90个化合物,包括2个氨基酸类、8个萜类、25个有机酸类、11个含氮类、44个黄酮类成分。其中,16个成分通过与对照品比对确认。结论:分析鉴定了复方一枝蒿颗粒的化学成分,为其质量控制及药效物质基础研究提供了依据。
Objective:The chemical components in Composite Yizhihao Granules were analyzed using UHPLC-Q�Exactive Orbitrap MS.Methods:Thermo Scientific Syncronis C_(18) column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)was used with a mobile phase of 0.1%formic acid acetonitrile and a gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min^(–1).The column temperature was maintained at 45℃,and the injection volume was 2μL.The mass spectrometry data of Composite Yizhihao Granules were collected in positive and negative ion mode.According to the accurate molecular weight and fragment ion information provided by the high-resolution mass spectrometry,the chemical components of Composite Yizhihao Granules were identified and analyzed in combination with the comparison of standard products and relevant literature reports.Results:A total of 90 compounds were identified and analyzed,including 2 amino acids,8 terpenes,25 organic acids,11 nitrogen-containing compounds,and 44 flavonoids.Among them,16 components were confirmed by comparison with the reference standards.Conclusion:In this study,the chemical components of Composite Yizhihao Granules were analyzed and identified,providing a basis for its quality control and the study of its pharmacological substances.
