危机管理在急诊科急性心肌梗死患者管理中的应用研究

摘要 目的分析危机管理在急诊科急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月在广西医科大第一附属医院急诊科拟诊为AMI的200例患者为研究对象,按就诊时间先后顺序分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上应用危机管理模式。比较两组的急救操作时间、抢救成功率、抢救配合满意度、病人投诉率、岗位胜任能力以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的急救操作时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组患者的抢救成功率、抢救配合满意度、岗位胜任能力比较,观察组均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的投诉率及并发症发生率比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论危机管理模式可有效缩短AMI患者的急救操作时间,提高抢救成功率及抢救配合满意度,降低了患者的投诉率及并发症发生率,提高了急诊人员岗位胜任能力,改善了患者预后。 Objective To analyze the effect of crisis management in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients in emergency department.Methods A total of 200 patients with AMI proposed to be diagnosed in the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100)according to the order of treatment time.The control group was treated with traditional nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with crisis management mode based on the control group.The first aid operation time,rescue success rate,rescue cooperation satisfaction,patient complaint rate,post competence and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The first aid operation time of observation group was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The success rate of rescue,satisfaction degree of rescue cooperation and post competency in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complaint rate and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Crisis management mode can effectively shorten the emergency operation time of AMI patients,improve the success rate of rescue and the satisfaction of rescue cooperation,reduce the complaint rate and complication rate of patients,improve the post competence of emergency personnel,and improve the prognosis of patients.
