摘要
为了改善部分外包混凝土组合梁在使用中腐蚀生锈、钢筋混凝土劣化等问题,本文提出了铝合金-混凝土组合梁的结构形式,建立了有限元模型并进行参数分析,分析了铝合金-混凝土组合梁抗剪承载力在不同参数下的变化规律。根据改进拉压杆计算模型得到混凝土的应力传递路径,采用叠加法提出考虑铝合金梁腹板和腹部混凝土抗剪贡献的铝合金-混凝土组合梁抗剪承载力计算公式。研究结果表明:公式计算值与有限元值比值的平均值为1.018,标准差σ为0.151,表明该计算公式离散性较小,具有可行性,可以为相关研究提供理论参考。
In order to solve the problems of corrosion,rust,and deterioration of reinforced concrete in the use of partially wrapped concrete composite beams,this paper presents a structural form for aluminum alloy concrete composite beams.A finite element model is established to analyze the variation law of the shear bearing capacity of aluminum alloy concrete composite beams with different parameters.The stress transfer path of concrete is obtained by the improved tension compression rod calculation model.And by the superposition method,a formula for calculating the shear bearing capacity of aluminum alloy concrete composite beams is developed considering the contribution of aluminum alloy beam web plate and abdominal concrete to shear strength.It is found that the average value of the ratio of the calculated value obtained by the formula to the finite element value is 1.018,and the standard deviationσis 0.151,indicating that the calculation formula is small in discreteness and feasible.This study can provide theoretical reference for related research.
