摘要
目的探究麝香保心丸联合诺欣妥对冠心病慢性心衰患者炎性指标及心功能的影响。方法将我院2021年2月至2023年1月收治的80例冠心病慢性心衰患者随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用诺欣妥治疗,观察组在此基础上加用麝香保心丸。比较两组心功能、炎性指标、不良反应。结果治疗6个月后,两组左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction;LVEF,LVEF)较治疗前升高,左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic dimension,LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(left ventricular end-systolic dimension,LVESD)较治疗前降低,且治疗前后观察组上述指标差值较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组白介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)水平较治疗前降低,且治疗前后观察组上述指标差值较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合诺欣妥可减轻冠心病慢性衰竭患者的炎性指标,改善其心功能,且不增加不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with Noxintuo on inflammatory indicators and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Noxintuo,while the observation group was supplemented with Shexiang Baoxin Pills.Compare the cardiac function,inflammatory indicators,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of both groups increased compared to before treatment,while the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)of the observation group decreased and the difference in the above indicators before and after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)decreased in the two groups,compared with those before treatment,and the difference between the observation group before and after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shexiang Baoxin Pill and Noxintuo can reduce inflammatory indicators,improve cardiac function,and do not increase adverse reactions in patients with chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.
