摘要
随着信息技术快速发展以及国家经济迈入新常态阶段,各行各业竞争愈演愈烈。新时期,民营企业迎来了良好的发展机遇,同时也需应对更多挑战,因此,企业风险管控的重要性越来越突出。基于此,文章首先阐述民营企业风险管控的重要性,然后分析民营企业风险管控方面存在的问题,最后提出加强风险管控并提高企业价值的策略,以供参考。
With the rapid development of information technology and the national economy entering the new normal stage,competition in all walks of life has intensified.In the new era,private enterprises have ushered in good development opportunities,but also need to deal with more challenges.So the importance of risk management and control is becoming more and more prominent.Based on this,this paper first explains the importance of risk management and control of private enterprises,then analyzes the problems in risk management and control of private enterprises,and finally puts forward strategies to strengthen risk control and improve enterprise value for reference.
