摘要
长江三峡工程于1919年首次被提出,1994-2020年期间建设。正式运行后,给国家带来了巨大的综合效益。然其在建成后仍有多个方面问题需要解决,因此,2011年5月18日,国务院常务会议通过《三峡后续工作规划》,以确保三峡工程长期安全运行并持续发挥综合效益。首先分析三峡工程对长江中下游环境造成的影响、三峡后续工作的意义,之后,依据2021年11月在长江荆州段布设4个监测断面监测数据,探明三峡后续工作长江中下游受影响河道的处理整治工程竣工后的水质状况。结果显示,水质评价结果为优,这说明荆州段三峡后续工作河道处理整治工程取得很好的效果。
The Three Gorges Project of the Yangtze River was first proposed in 1919 and constructed from 1994 to 2020.After the official operation,it has brought us huge comprehensive benefits.However,there are still many problems to be solved after the completion of the project,therefore,on May 18,2011,the State Council executive meeting passed the“Three Gorges Follow-up Work Plan”to ensure the long-term safe operation of the Three Gorges Project and continue to exert comprehensive benefits.At first,the impact of the Three Gorges Project on the environment of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the significance of the follow-up work of the Three Gorges were analyzed,after that,based on the monitoring data of four monitoring sections in the Jingzhou section of the Yangtze River in November 2021,the water quality status of the affected rivers in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River after the completion of the treatment and remediation project for the follow-up work of the Three Gorges was analyzed.The results showed that the water quality evaluation result was excellent,which showed that the follow-up work of the Three Gorges section in Jingzhou section had achieved good results.
