在当前政策、经济环境和供需关系的影响下,房地产行业的市场竞争愈发激烈,因此,加强和完善细化财务管理对房地产企业的健康、可持续发展至关重要。财务报表分析是房地产企业财务管理的重要工具,通过对财务报表全面系统地分析,可以帮助企业管理层更好地了解企业的财务状况和经营情况,加强内部控制,为企业决策提供可靠的依据。鉴于此,文章对房地产企业财务报表分析中存在的问题进行分析,并提出有针对性的改进对策及建议,希望能为相关领域的研究和实践提供参考。
Under the influence of current policies,economic environment,and supply-demand relationships,the market competition in the real estate industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,strengthening and refining financial management is crucial for the healthy and sustainable development of real estate enterprises.Financial statement analysis is an important tool in the financial management of real estate enterprises.Through comprehensive and systematic analysis of financial statements,it can help enterprise management better under-stand the financial and operational status of the enterprise,strengthen internal control,and provide reliable basis for enterprise decision-making.In view of this,the article analyzes the problems in the analysis of financial statements of real estate enterprises and proposes targe-ted improvement strategies and suggestions,hoping to provide reference for research and practice in related fields.
