摘要
肛瘘是肛管直肠与皮肤之间形成的一种慢性炎症的异常通道,是一种较为难处理的肛肠良性疾病,若放之不管,不积极处理可能导致其有恶变的风险。目前来说,手术治疗是治疗该病的首要选择,但其中配合中药特色挂线治疗,缓慢切割,逐步愈合,再配合术后中药熏洗与涂擦,能极大程度提高肛瘘的治愈率。因此,对于反复发作的复杂性肛瘘,找到其内口位置及其瘘道进而行手术治疗是至关重要的,且术后中药熏洗联合中药药膏进行换药也是促进伤口快速愈合的必不可少的一步。
Anal fistula is an abnormal channel of chronic inflammation formed between the anal canal and rectum and the skin.It is a kind of benign anorectal disease that is difficult to treat.If not treated in a timely or active manner,it may lead to the risk of malignant transformation.At present,surgical treatment is the first choice to treat this disease.In addition,it can greatly improve the cure rate of anal fistula with characteristic seton cutting treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,featuring slow cutting and gradual healing,combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,washing,and rubbing after surgery.Therefore,for the recurrent complicated anal fistula,it is important to find the location of its internal opening and its fistulous tract and then perform surgical treatment.Besides,the postoperative dressing change of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine ointment is also an essential step to promote rapid wound healing.
