摘要
可溶性糖成分及其含量是决定果实品质和风味的重要因素之一。为探讨龙眼荔枝杂交群体果实可溶性糖含量的遗传规律,以“华农早”龙眼、“紫娘喜”荔枝及其杂交F1代68株单株为试材,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,测定该群体果实可溶性糖组分与含量,并进行杂交群体果实可溶性糖遗传分析。结果表明,龙眼荔枝杂交后代果实可溶性糖主要包括葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖,其中蔗糖含量最高,均值为67.66 mg/g,占总糖含量的51.79%;葡萄糖与果糖含量接近,分别占总糖含量的22.15%和24.82%。杂交群体的不同糖组分均表现为衰退变异,葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖含量广泛分离,变异系数分别为25.16%、22.15%和33.69%。蔗糖/单糖0.48~3.05,蔗糖含量与总糖含量之间、总糖含量与甜度值之间均呈极显著正相关。F1代有的单株总糖含量超过170 mg/g,且甜度值超过170,具有高糖特性,为龙眼优质品种创新提供了丰富的材料。
The type and content of soluble sugar is one of the important factors to determine the fruit quality and flavor.In order to study the inheritance of soluble sugar production in the fruit of longan and lychee hybrid,the soluble sugar components and contents of‘Huanongzao'longan,‘Ziniangxi'lychee and their 68 F1 hybrids were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the soluble sugars in the fruits of hybrids were mainly glucose,fructose and sucrose.The sucrose content was the highest,with an average of 67.66 mg/g,accounting for 51.79%of total sugar.The content of glucose and fructose was similar,accounting for 22.15%and 24.82%of total sugar,respectively.The different sugar components of the F1 hybrid population showed recession variation.The contents of glucose,fructose and sucrose were widely segregated,and the coefficients of variation(CV)were 25.16%,22.15%and 33.69%,respectively.The ratio of sucrose to monosaccharide was 0.48-3.05.There were significant positive correlations between sucrose and total sugar content,total sugar content and sweetness value.The total sugar content in some F1 lines exceeded 170 mg/g,and the sweetness value exceeded 170,showed a characteristics of high sugar content.This study provided rich materials for improvement of longan variety with high-quality.
