摘要
海湾战争和伊拉克战争后,由于伊拉克基础设施投资不足、输变电网络陈旧等因素,致使其国家电力供应形势紧张;与此同时,伊拉克作为国际上主要油气资源国之一,油气产量丰富,但油田伴生天然气浪费严重。“一带一路”下在伊中资企业通过油田伴生天然气发电,一方面缓解了伊拉克电力紧张的局面,另一方面提高了能源利用效率,有力地保障了能源运行安全和经济社会稳定,促进了能源清洁高效利用,为共建中伊“一带一路”合作新篇章增添活力。
After the Gulf War and the Us-Iraq War,Iraq's national power supply situation was tight due to factors such as insufficient infrastructure investment and outdated power transmission and transformation network.At the same time,Iraq,as one of the major oil and gas resources in the world,has abundant oil and gas production,but the waste of oilfield associated natural gas is serious.Under the"Belt and Road Initiative",the Chinese-funded enterprises in Iraq have alleviated the country's power shortages through oilfield associated natural gas,on the other hand,they have enhanced energy efficiency,effectively guaranteed the safety of energy operation and economic and social stability,promoted the clean and efficient use of energy,and added vitality to the new chapter of China-Iraq"Belt and Road Initiative"cooperation.
