摘要
对传统产业园区发展逻辑的转变、整体空间布局的优化提升、产业新城的发展理念与规划策略等方面进行研究,以广安市前锋区经济技术开发区为例,探索传统产业园区从城市“产业孤岛”到“产业新城”的转型路径,旨在将传统产业园区打造为功能集聚、服务优质的产业新城,为同类型产业园区的转型提供参考。
From the study of the transformation of the traditional industrial park development logic,the optimization and improvement of the overall spatial layout,and the development concept and planning strategy of new industrial city,taking economic and technological de-velopment zone of Qianfeng District in Guang'an City as an example,the transformation path of traditional industrial park from urban"industrial island"to"new industrial city"is explored,aiming to build traditional industrial parks into new industrial cities with concentrated functions and high-quality services,so as to provide references for the transformation of similar industrial parks.
