自体动静脉内瘘狭窄与转化生长因子-β1/Smad4信号通路的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)狭窄与转化生长因子(TGF)-β1/Smad4信号通路的关系。方法选取2017年10月至2020年2月于贵州医科大学附属医院行AVF的60例患者为观察组,选取同期50例因外周血管疾病行血管切除的患者为对照组。比较两组患者的年龄、血钙、血磷、血红蛋白、血全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)、β2微球蛋白、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、Smad4及TGF-β1蛋白水平。结果两组患者年龄、血钙、血磷、血红蛋白、血iPTH、β2微球蛋白、CRP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组Smad4蛋白表达量低于对照组,TGF-β1蛋白表达量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TGF-β1、Smad4在透析患者AVF狭窄组织中异常表达,并在静脉内膜增生引起瘘管狭窄的过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)stenosis and transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1/Smad4 signaling pathway.Method Sixty patients who underwent AVF in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from October 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients who underwent vasculectomy due to peripheral vascular disease during the same period were selected as the control group.The age,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,hemoglobin,intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH),β2 microglobulin,C-reactive protein(CRP),Smad4 and TGF-β1 protein levels of the two groups were compared.Result There were no significant differences in age,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,hemoglobin,blood iPTH,β2 microglobulin and CRP levels between two groups(P>0.05).The expression of Smad4 protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the expression of TGF-β1 protein was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TGF-β1 and Smad4 are abnormally expressed in AVF stenosis tissues of dialysis patients and plays an important role in the process of fistula stenosis caused by venous intimal hyperplasia.
