摘要
研究先概述“互联网+”背景下的客户需求变化,然后从用户研究和需求分析、数据驱动的个性化设计、个性化推荐系统的应用、交互设计与用户体验优化、迭代优化和持续创新、渠道沟通与用户互动6个角度分析“互联网+”背景下个性化产品设计思路。研究强调“互联网+”对产品设计环境的影响,以此为基础旨在结合新环境下的客户需求变化和市场动态加强个性化产品设计,精准满足客户需求。
The first overview of“Internet+”under the background of customer demand change,and then from the user research and demand analysis,data driven personalized design,the application of personalized recommendation system,interaction design and user experience optimization,iterative optimization and continuous innovation,channel communication and user interaction six angles analysis under the background of“Internet+”personalized product design ideas.The research emphasizes the impact of“Internet+”on the product design environment,and aims to strengthen personalized product design by combining the changes of customer needs and market dynamics in the new environment,and accurately meet customer needs.
