基于应用型本科高校新能源汽车专业实践型人才培养探究——以广东技术师范大学汽车与交通工程学院为例

摘要 新能源汽车的崛起已成为推动可持续交通领域发展的关键驱动力。在这一兴旺市场中,锂离子电池技术扮演着至关重要的角色,但也带来了对具备高度专业知识和技能人才的巨大需求。为了满足这一需求,产教融合成为培养新能源汽车专业锂离子电池应用型人才的关键策略。本文以广东技术师范大学为例,基于新能源汽车工程专业创新班同学的培养方法,探索应用型大学校企深度协同、产教融合的人才培养模式,从而建立可参考、可复制、易推广的应用型大学产教融合人才培养新范式。 The rise of new energy vehicles(NEVs)has become a key driving force for the development of the sustainable transportation sector.Lithiumion battery technology plays a crucial role in this booming market,but it also creates a huge demand for highly specialized knowledge and skilled personnel.To meet this demand,industry-teaching integration has become a key strategy for cultivating lithium-ion battery application-oriented talents specialized in new energy vehicles.Taking Guangdong University of Technology as an example,this paper explores the talent cultivation mode of university-enterprise deep synergy and industry-teaching integration in applied universities based on the cultivation method of the innovative class of students majoring in new energy automobile engineering,so as to establish a new paradigm of industry-teaching integration talent cultivation in applied universities that can be referred to,replicated,and easily popularized.
