摘要
介绍了一种新型的温度自适应碳环密封结构,包括碳环结构及材料、密封试验方法、温度自适应碳环密封效果及应用环境。与传统的碳环密封不同,该温度自适应碳环密封能够随着工作环境温度变化,自动调整碳环内孔尺寸,始终保持碳环与转轴(或轴套)的间隙值为初始间隙,有效地减少了密封泄漏量。对比验证结果表明,该温度自适应碳环密封比传统碳环密封具有更好的密封性能和应用价值。
A new type of temperature adaptive carbon ring sealing structure was introduced,including carbon ring structure and material,sealing test method,temperature adaptive carbon ring sealing effect and application environment.Unlike traditional carbon ring seals,this temperature adaptive carbon ring seal could automatically adjust the inner hole size of the carbon ring with changes in the working environment temperature,always maintaining the gap value between the carbon ring and the shaft(or shaft sleeve)at the initial gap,effectively reducing sealing leakage.The comparative verification results showed that the temperature adaptive carbon ring seal had better sealing performance and application value than traditional carbon ring seals.
