双层盾构隧道火灾超380℃耐火极限范围研究

摘要 隧道火灾高温会降低隧道结构的承载力和可靠性。为探讨双层盾构隧道结构的超耐火极限(超过380℃耐火极限),利用数值模拟方法,研究了与RABT标准升温曲线对应火源功率下,不同火源位置对顶烟道板、排烟道(疏散道)侧墙、顶烟道内盾构管片超耐火极限区域变化的影响,进而得到了隧道结构防火保护范围。结果表明:顶烟道板和排烟道(疏散道)侧墙的超耐火极限区域分布规律近似;火源距排烟道侧墙1 m(工况2)为最危险情况,需对隧道侧墙顶部往下1.75 m范围内进行防火保护;排烟口烧毁后,导致附近管片表面存在超耐火极限区域,需对隧道盾构管片结构在排烟口两侧各10 m进行防火保护。 The high temperature of tunnel fire will reduce the bearing capacity and reliability of tunnel structure.This paper aims to explore the super refractory limit of double shield tunnel structure.By numerical simulation,the changes of the super fire limit area of the top flue plate,the side wall of the flue(evacuation path)and the shield segment in the top flue with different fire source positions were studied under the fire scale corresponding to RABT standard heating curve.The fire protection range of the tunnel structure was obtained.The results show similar distributions of the excess fire resistance limit area for the top flue plate and the side wall of the flue(evacuation way).The most dangerous condition occurs when the fire source is 1 m away from the side wall of the exhaust pipe(condition 2).Fire protection should be carried out within 1.75 m from the top of the side wall of the tunnel.After the smoke vent is burned,the surface of the nearby segment will be in the area of excessive fire resistance limit.Therefore,fire protection should be carried out for the shield segment structure of the tunnel at 10 m on both sides of the smoke vent.
