摘要
在交联剂双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)作用下,将抗菌剂聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMG)以化学键的形式键合到聚氯乙烯(PVC)的分子链上;同时通过己二酸聚酯和粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)的复配作用,制成一种抗菌耐寒PVC材料,并试产了PVC复合软管。检测结果显示:采用本配方生产的PVC花洒软管,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均超过99.5%,老化测试后仍不低于98%;0℃低温下邵氏硬度比邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂(DOP)配方低9 A,拉伸强度比低分子耐寒增塑剂己二酸二辛酯(DOA)高2.9 MPa。
Under the action of cross-linking agent ditert-butyl-peroxyisopropyl benzene(BIPB),the antibacterial agent polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride(PHMG)was bonded to the molecular chain of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)in the form of chemical bond;At the same time,an antibacterial and cold resistant PVC material was prepared by combining adipic acid polyester and powdered nitrile rubber(PNBR),and a PVC composite hose was trial produced.The test results showed that the antibacterial rate of PVC shower hose produced with this formula against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exceeded 99.5%,not less than 98%after aging test;At low temperature of C,the Shore hardness is 9 A lower than that of phthalate plasticizer(DOP)formula,and the tensile strength is 2.9 MPa higher than that of low molecular weight cold resistant plasticizer dioctyl adipate(DOA).
