基于PLC的油田注水全自动监控模型构建

摘要 油田注水全自动监控能够减少能耗,为实现油田注水全自动监控,构建一种基于PLC的油田注水全自动监控模型。首先设定监测目标,将注水量、供水量、注水井压力和注水井总流量作为约束条件,并建立基于油压、套压、注水水质、注水量、注水温度等预警指标,采用PID与PLC结合的方法实现油田注水全自动监控。实验结果表明,所提油田注水全自动监控模型在注水量监控、缓存罐液位监测、回水管路液体压力、油压监测等方面具有较高的准确性,能够满足方法设计需求,具有一定应用价值。 Full automatic monitoring of oilfield water injection can reduce energy consumption.In order to realize full automatic monitoring of oilfield water injection,this paper constructs a full automatic monitoring model of oilfield water injection based on PLC.First,it sets the monitoring target,takes the water injection volume constraint,water supply volume constraint,water injection well pressure constraint and total flow constraint as the constraint conditions,and establishes early warning indicators based on oil pressure,casing pressure,water injection quality,water injection volume,water injection temperature,etc.,and uses the method of combining PID and PLC to realize the full-automatic monitoring of oilfield water injection.The experimental results show that the proposed automatic monitoring model of oilfield water injection has high accuracy in water injection volume monitoring,buffer tank liquid level monitoring,backwater pipeline liquid pressure,oil pressure monitoring and so on,which can meet the needs of method design and has certain application value.
