摘要
经济安全是新安全格局的重要组成部分,事关我国的经济主权,是统筹发展和安全、保障新发展格局的关键依托。在统筹中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局的新时期,我国经济安全面临挑战具有时代性和必然性。本文从意识形态、国际局势、发展阶段三个维度分析新时期我国经济安全的根源,从产业链供应链安全、粮食安全、关键矿产资源安全、贸易安全、科技安全、数据安全、金融安全、人才安全八个方面剖析其主要问题及其特征。为保障我国经济安全,应充分发挥我国的制度优势,加快构建“双循环”新发展格局,系统推进国家安全体系和能力现代化,夯实国家经济安全的科技基础。
Economic security,an important part of the new security pattern,is related to China's economic sovereignty and serves as the pillar for coordinating development and security and ensuring the new develop-ment pattern.In the new era with the mission of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and profound changes unseen in a century,China's economic security faces inevitable challenges of the times.This article analyzes the roots of China's economic security in the new era from three dimensions:ideology,in-ternational situation,and development stage.Furthermore,the main problems and characteristics of China's economic security are analyzed from eight security aspects:industrial chain and supply chain,food,key min-eral resources,trade,science and technology,data,finance,and talents.To ensure China's economic security,we should fully leverage the institutional advantages,build a new development pattern of dual circulation,sys-tematically promote the modernization of the national security system and capacity,and consolidate the scien-tific and technological foundation of national economic security.
