摘要
日间手术是指患者在24 h内入、出院完成的手术或操作。腹股沟疝日间手术已开展约十余年,日间手术模式具有缩短住院时间、降低医疗费用、加速患者康复等优势。近年来,腹股沟疝日间手术的麻醉策略与围手术期管理不断发展。本文将对成人腹股沟疝日间手术麻醉管理的最新进展进行综述,以促进日间手术模式发展。
The term"ambulatory surgery"refers to an operation or procedure in which the patient is admitted,operated and discharged within 24 hours.Inguinal hernia ambulatory surgery has been performed for more than a decade.This approach has been shown to reduce the average length of hospital stays,lower medical expenses,and enhance patient recovery.In recent years,anesthesia strategies and perioperative management for inguinal hernia ambulatory surgery have significant advancements.This article provides a review of the recent developments in anesthesia management of ambulatory surgery for adult inguinal hernia patient,aiming to offer insights for the advancement of ambulatory surgery practices.
