摘要
通过对公共航道与港口航道之间相同点与不同点的分析,对公共航道和港口航道的划分原则进行探讨,旨在通过对两种航道关系的分析,更好地完成航道相关管控工作,避免在管理过程中出现歧义,保证各项规划措施能够得到有效执行。
Through the analysis of the similarities and diferences between the public waterway and the port waterway,the division principle of the public waterway and the port waterway is discussed,aiming to better complete the related control work of the waterway through the analysis of the relationship between the two waterways,avoid the ambiguity problem in the management process,ensure that the planning measures canbeeffectively implemented.
