摘要
预制箱涵属于空心薄壁结构,传统卧式预制方法存在工效低、倒角部位不易振捣密实、高空作业风险大等问题,结合工程实例,通过对预制箱涵模板及施工工艺优化,不仅可降低高空作业风险,便于提升倒角部位振捣质量,更能加快模板周转,提高施工效率,达到“降本增效”的目的。
The precast box culvert is a hollow thin-wall structure.The traditional horizontal precast method has problems such as low efficiency,difficult vibration compaction of the chamfered part and great risk of working at altitude.Combined with engineering examples,by optimizing the formwork ofthe precast box culvert and the construction process,it not only reduces the risk of working at altitude,facilitates the improvement of the vibration quality of the chamfered part,but also speed up the turnover of the formwork and improve the construction efficiency,to achieve the purpose of"reducing cost and increasing efficiency".
